By accessing and using MF Saarthi (a tool developed by Sanjay Kathuria for Profits First), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Scope of Service & Non-Advisory Disclaimer

MF Saarthi is an educational and analytical research tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

• All screener outputs, historical backtests, overlap reports, and data visualization tools are provided for research and informational purposes only.
• Users must perform their own independent evaluation or consult a certified financial advisor prior to making investment decisions.

3. User Subscriptions & Access

Access to MF Saarthi features is granted via monthly (₹1,499) or annual (₹14,999) subscription plans.

• Personal Use Only: Accounts are non-transferable and for individual use only. Shared logins are strictly prohibited.
• Fair Usage: Backtesting and data screening limits are subject to system usage policies to ensure stability across all users.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, brand logos, code, design structures, and analytical methodologies contained within MF Saarthi are the intellectual property of Sanjay Kathuria and Profits First. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Profits First and Sanjay Kathuria shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses arising from investment actions taken based on data, calculations, or backtest results generated by the platform.
